ProjectPurchasing Coordinator

Location: Marion, OH
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience)

About ProScape

ProScape LawnLandscape Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ProjectPurchasing Coordinator to support our commercial landscape construction and operations teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing vendor relationships, solving problems, and ensuring multiple moving parts stay on track.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Estimating, Project Management, and Operations to help deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Essential DutiesResponsibilities

Support the Estimating Department by obtaining vendor pricing and organizing bid documents.
Coordinate purchasing activities, including material orders and vendor communications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage project documentation, including:
- Submittals
- Change orders
- Pay applications
- Closeout documents
Assist with Service Partner negotiating and compliance paperwork
Track required compliance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance, W-9s, and other project requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule.
Maintain accurate purchasing and project records.
Assist with additional administrative and project coordination duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Preferred

Experience in commercial construction, landscaping, purchasing, estimating, or project administration.
Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, or procurement processes.
Familiarity with project management or construction software.
