Full Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team and drive growth through expert client engagement and tailored insurance solutions. As an Insurance Broker, you will meet with clients in their homes, assess their insurance needs, educate them on available coverage options, and help them select policies that best fit their goals. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will enable you to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who enjoys building relationships and making a meaningful impact. Successful candidates are coachable, driven, and committed to providing exceptional service. This is a commission-only position with standard first-year commissions ranging from $50K to $200K.

Duties

Meet with clients in their homes to discuss their insurance needs
Present and explain insurance products and coverage options (Life, Health, Medicare, and Annuities)
Assist clients with policy enrollment and provide ongoing support
Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a flexible environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Must be willing and able to obtain a Life Insurance License
Experience in sales, customer service, military, or athletics preferred
