Services Operations Manager – Supply Chain Services

Position Summary
The Services Operations Manager is responsible for the overall success of LogiQuip's Supply Chain Services and project management business model. This role leads the team, owns the client experience from project kickoff through long-term support, drives process improvement, manages resources and project delivery, and is accountable for the financial performance of the business.
Success in this role is defined by two priorities:

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and support individual development plans.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and LogiQuip's One Team culture.
- Ensure adequate cross-training and succession planning.
Client Success
- Own the overall client relationship and experience.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key client stakeholders.
- Establish expectations for communication, issue resolution, and project execution.
- Identify and resolve client concerns proactively.
- Build strong partnerships with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
Project & Resource Management
- Manage the project portfolio, schedules, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Balance team workload to meet client commitments and business objectives.
- Forecast staffing needs and proactively address capacity constraints.
- Coordinate project execution across departments, including warehouse operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Drive consistent execution of standard work and best practices.
- Partner with the Process Improvement Manager to identify and implement improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators and lead initiatives to improve results.
- Establish scalable processes, tools, and organizational structures to support growth.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement.
Client Results & Business Growth
- Measure and communicate the value delivered to clients.
- Lead post-implementation reviews and client satisfaction programs.
- Develop client success stories and reference accounts.
- Support efforts to expand services within existing accounts.
Financial Management
- Own the Supply Chain Services P&L.
- Ensure projects meet revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Manage project scope changes and change-order processes.
- Review project financial performance and improve future estimating and quoting.
- Drive cost management and resource optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing project-based or field-based teams.
- Demonstrated success leading client relationships and delivering complex projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects, resources, and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to develop employees and build high-performing teams.
- Experience managing departmental budgets or P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience growing services within existing customer accounts.
- Experience working with independent sales representative networks.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement training.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing client expectations.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
