Full Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, friendly and efficient individual to join our front office team! Join a great group of staff that cares for each other and our patients.

Applicable experience is a plus, but not required WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

As a front desk employee your job is essential to a patient's experience, you are the first and last person a patient interacts with. You are the one to greet the patient, which sets the tone for their visit. Patients will call/come to the front desk for multiple things, your job is to help them or direct them. Tasks include checking in and out patients, receiving payments, answering the phone, scheduling, insurance, and preparing patient paperwork. Part of the expectations for front desk employees are to collect accurate information, efficiently use our electronic health record system, and contribute to a positive atmosphere for our staff and patients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
