Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this position.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Requirements

Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred; experience as a receptionist is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
Proficient in using office equipment and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment.
A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
