At Apple Valley Road Haus & Event Center, you’ll help create great guest experiences across restaurant service, banquets, weddings, and events of 200+ guests. What You’ll Do
● Lead by example and keep shifts organized and on track
● Support and hold staff accountable during service
● Bartend restaurant shifts and cook line shifts as needed
● Lead banquet setup, service, and breakdown
● Support execution of weddings and large events
● Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
● Improve efficiency and daily operations through initiative
● Act as ownership’s presence on the floor
● Help deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift
Who We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
● Has professional bartending and cook experience
● Naturally steps into leadership roles
● Stays calm and effective under pressure
● Solves problems without needing direction
● Is dependable with strong attendance
● Communicates clearly with guests and teammates
● Takes pride and ownership in their work

Management experience is a plus, but not required. If you’re an experienced bartender and cook ready for the next step, we want to meet you.
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule
● ~35 hours per week
● Day and evening shifts (6–7 hours typical)
● Some weekends required
● No major holiday shifts
Bartending shifts:
● 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
● 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Kitchen shifts:
● 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
● 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

● Run shifts with minimal supervision
● Keep teams focused and productive
● Execute successful banquet events
● Handle guest concerns professionally
● Move seamlessly between bar, kitchen, and events
● Strengthen overall operations and guest experience
