WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Position Summary
Titan Ag is seeking a dependable, organized, and safety-focused Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at our agricultural retail location. This position is responsible for inventory accuracy, product handling, seed treatment, order preparation, deliveries, warehouse organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
The Warehouse Manager plays an important role in supporting our sales team and ensuring our grower customers receive the right products accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes ownership of the warehouse, works well in a fast-paced agricultural environment, and is willing to assist wherever needed during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Management
· Oversee daily warehouse operations and maintain an organized, efficient work environment.
· Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming seed, crop protection products, fertilizer, and other agricultural products.
· Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular physical inventory and reconciliation.
· Prepare and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
· Verify products and quantities before orders leave the facility.
· Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs or discrepancies to management.
· Ensure products are stored and handled according to company procedures and applicable safety requirements.
· Maintain warehouse organization to maximize space, accessibility, and workflow.
Seed Treatment & Product Handling
· Operate seed treating equipment safely and accurately.
· Prepare and treat seed according to product specifications and customer orders.
· Maintain accurate records associated with treated seed.
· Keep seed treatment equipment and work areas clean and properly maintained.
· Follow all company procedures and applicable label, handling, and safety requirements.
Delivery & Customer Service
· Load and unload customer orders safely.
· Make local and long-distance product deliveries as needed.
· Verify delivery paperwork, products, and quantities before leaving the location.
· Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with growers and customers.
· Communicate delivery issues, product discrepancies, or customer concerns promptly.
· Assist customers with loading products when needed.
Equipment & Facility Responsibilities
· Safely operate forklifts/tow motors and other warehouse equipment.
· Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
· Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance when appropriate.
· Keep warehouse, loading areas, equipment, and surrounding work areas clean and orderly.
· Ensure equipment is properly stored and ready for use.
Team Leadership & Operations
· Work closely with the Location Manager, sales team, and warehouse associates to meet daily operational goals.
· Coordinate warehouse priorities, customer orders, deliveries, and seasonal workload.
· Provide direction and support to warehouse associates as needed.
· Promote teamwork, accountability, and a strong customer-service mindset.
· Assist other Titan Ag locations or departments when business needs require.
· Be willing to work additional hours during planting, harvest, and other peak agricultural seasons.
Qualifications
· Previous warehouse, agricultural retail, farming, seed, fertilizer, or crop protection experience preferred.
· Previous experience operating a forklift/tow motor preferred.
· CDL is preferred but not required.
· Ability to safely lift and move heavy products and materials.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain accurate inventory and order records.
· Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment troubleshooting skills are a plus.
· Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
· Strong communication and customer-service skills.
· Dependable attendance and willingness to work extended or flexible hours during busy seasons.
· Ability to work safely around agricultural products, equipment, trucks, and warehouse machinery.
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, lifting, loading, and unloading. Employees must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position safely and work in warehouse and outdoor conditions that may include seasonal heat, cold, dust, and varying weather conditions.
