Human Resources Intern – Fall 2026
Step into the future of work this fall.
We're looking for a driven, curious, and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting the systems, programs, and processes that help our employees thrive.
This isn't a “shadow and observeâ€ internship. You'll contribute to meaningful projects across employee benefits, HR technology, data, and HR operations, while partnering with teams across Human Resources and the business.
If you're interested in how technology, data, and employee programs come together to create a great workplace, this is an opportunity to build practical HR experience and develop skills that matter in 2026 and beyond.

You'll gain hands-on experience across Benefits, HRIS, and HR Operations, including:
- Benefits Administration: Support day-to-day benefits activities, employee communications, enrollment-related processes, and benefits documentation
- HRIS & Employee Data: Gain experience working within HR systems, assisting with employee data maintenance, audits, reporting, and data accuracy
- Cross-Functional HR Support: Collaborate with teams across Benefits, HRIS, HR Operations, and other HR functions to support shared processes and initiatives
- Reporting & Analysis: Help organize, review, and analyze HR and benefits data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Process Improvement: Assist with documenting workflows and identifying ways to make HR processes more efficient, accurate, and employee-friendly
- Employee Experience: Help ensure employees have access to clear, accurate information and a positive experience when interacting with HR programs and systems
- Projects That Matter: Partner with HR professionals on real projects that support our employees, strengthen HR operations, and improve how we work
