Lawn Care Technician Manager
Pay: $25.00–$29.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Employment
Schedule: Monday–Friday (winter hours and on-call availability during snow events)

What You'll Do
As a Lawn Care Technician Manager, you'll lead daily operations while ensuring every property is maintained to the highest standards.
Summer Responsibilities
- Manage Lawn Fertilization and Pesticide Programs
- Diagnose turf related problems with solutions to our team and clients
- Ensure quality work and excellent customer service and communication
- Operate and maintain commercial application equipment
- Schedule & Log daily work and records.
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Promote and enforce safe work practices
Winter Responsibilities
Our team works year-round, providing snow and ice management services during the winter months.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading snow removal crews during winter weather events
- Operating plows, snow blowers, and other snow removal equipment
- Shoveling sidewalks and walkways
- Applying salt and ice melt to sidewalks, parking lots, and driveways
- Monitoring weather conditions and responding promptly during snow events
- Working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by snowfall
Equipment You'll Use
We provide top-of-the-line commercial equipment, including:
- Steel Green Sprayer/ Spreaders
- Ford Super Duty Trucks
- Exmark Zero-Turn Mowers
- Commercial Blowers
- Western Plows
Experience operating commercial equipment is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Leadership or crew management experience preferred
- Lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and be available during snow events
