Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Audit Associate to join our assurance team. The Audit Associate will assist in the execution of financial statement audits, internal controls testing, and other assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position is ideal for candidates pursuing the CPA license who want hands-on experience in public accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior auditors in planning and performing financial statement audits in accordance with GAAP and GAAS.
Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures.
Prepare clear, organized workpapers and identify potential issues.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
CPA candidate or eligibility preferred.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and Excel proficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
