Job Description:
- Cell line growth and maintenance for generation of biological samples
- Antibody testing using downstream applications such as Western blotting and immunocytochemistry.
- Establish differentiation protocols for cancer and stem cell lines
- Establish stem cell culture capabilities to validate antibody specificity using 2D and organoid models
- Perform large-scale mammalian cell culture using shake flasks and bioreactor systems for recombinant protein production under GMP-compliant conditions.
- Monitor culture performance, optimize process parameters, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Execute large-scale transient transfections to support recombinant protein production, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Establish and maintain stem cell culture facility. Perform differentiation of pluripotent stem cells into both 2D monolayer and 3D organoid systems to utilize these models for validating the performance of recombinant growth factors and antibodies.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives by presentations at conferences.
- Contribute to content development by authoring technical blogs, application notes, and other scientific materials to promote products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively communicate research findings and enhance product visibility within the scientific community.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and reproducibility across laboratory workflows.
- Establish and implement daily management systems to identify areas for optimization and ensure adherence to quality and operational standards.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00
