Job Overview

As an Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and building brand awareness. You will engage with potential clients through direct outreach, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in territory management to maximize growth opportunities. Duties

Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories
Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs
Develop and manage relationships with existing clients through account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Assist in territory management by analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and expanding market reach
Support business development initiatives by participating in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and networking activities
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
Negotiate deals effectively with clients while maintaining excellent customer service standards to upsell products or services when appropriate

Qualifications

Strong interest in outside sales and marketing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and persuasively present products or services
Basic understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and analysis skills for tracking performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to schedule appointment, lead generation, and direct sales activities confidently
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided
