Full Job Description

Must live in McKinney or an adjacent suburb.

⚠ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING ⚠ : This position includes performing directly observed, same-gender urine specimen collections for MALE donors. Under U.S. DOT regulations (49 CFR Part 40), a directly observed collection must be conducted by an observer of the same gender as the donor. This specific opening is to observe male donors; we are hiring a MALE collector for this role. Please only apply if you are able to perform this essential job function.

Schedule — Full-Time Availability Required (Non-Negotiable):

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

Phlebotomy student, certified phlebotomist, or 1+ year of phlebotomy experience
Able to perform directly observed, same-gender urine collections for male donors (essential function per DOT 49 CFR Part 40)
Strong organizational skills
Team-oriented and dependable
Self-starter with a great work attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Able to lift 30 lbs regularly

Before hire, all applicants must:

Complete a pre-employment drug test and background check
Perform a blood draw during the interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 43 per week
