About the job

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join a new Farmers Insurance agency in the Atlanta market. This is an opportunity to join an agency from the ground floor and play a key role in building a high-performing sales organization focused on growth, accountability, and long-term client relationships.

Must be able to work 8-5pm EST.

This position is ideal for someone who is an experienced insurance agent. We are looking for professionals who want to grow, develop their skills, increase their income, and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound calling, follow-up, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities
Conduct coverage reviews and identify protection gaps
Quote and bind personal lines insurance products
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activity
Consistently achieve sales and activity goals

Qualifications:

Active Georgia Property & Casualty License required; Life License is a plus
Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable handling inbound opportunities and proactively generating business through outbound activity
Competitive, self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
