Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our team in various administrative functions and office duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, have experience in bookkeeping, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing support for team management, scheduling, and office management tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
Manage various office operations, including supplies inventory, filing systems, and clerical duties, including handling accounts payable and receivables.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative role or office management position is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with staff and clients.
Proficient in using office software applications for document creation and data entry. Quickbooks experience preferred.
