Job Overview
TBG Printing (The Barbin Group LLC) is a leading provider of labeling, packaging, and general printing solutions, serving businesses nationwide. With a network of print facilities across the U.S., we deliver high-quality, cost-effective printing solutions, including custom labels, blank labels, folding cartons, flexible packaging, and thermal receipt paper.

We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Account Manager to join our team remotely in Colorado. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives on building and nurturing customer relationships, proactively engaging customers with existing products for re-ordering and exploring new sales opportunities to expand the customer relationship. While a background in printing is preferred, it is not required—what matters most is a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, financial acumen and the ability to connect with customers.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term trust with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Follow-Up & Pipeline Management: Maintain regular follow-ups, track product usage trends, identify when customers should be placing new orders and keep detailed records of outreach activities.
Order Preparation and Placement: Obtain updated pricing from suppliers on repeat product sales and prepare quotes for customers.
Conflict Resolution: Coordinate with leadership on address customer issues and communicate solutions in a timely manner.
Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to assigned accounts and engage leadership to develop new sales proposals.

Qualifications

Go-Getter Mentality: Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to drive sales.
Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable making calls, building rapport, and engaging clients professionally.
Sales & Relationship Management: Ability to establish trust and develop repeat business.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
Printing Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in labels, packaging, or printing is a strongly desired.
Basic Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing structures and margins.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and MS Excel.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
