Full Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist – (Agency recruiters preferred)

Fully remote BUT Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, or Florida.

Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting efforts, with a primary focus on hourly manufacturing positions. This is a fast-paced recruiting role that is well suited for someone with staffing agency, high-volume, or manufacturing recruiting experience.

Corporate recruiting experience is not required. Candidates with agency recruiting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Support recruiting efforts for high-volume hiring needs, primarily for hourly manufacturing positions.
Source and engage qualified candidates through applicant tracking systems, job boards, databases, and other recruiting resources.
Reconnect with warm candidates already identified within recruiting databases.
Review applications and conduct timely candidate screenings.
Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates for open positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams.
Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Provide responsive recruiting support in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with additional talent acquisition activities as needed.

Qualifications

Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting for hourly, manufacturing, warehouse, production, or similar positions is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work professionally and responsively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
