What You'll Do

As the Community Sales Director, you'll be responsible for growing occupancy by creating meaningful connections with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.

Responsibilities include:

Lead all community sales and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
Build trusted relationships with prospective residents and their families throughout the decision-making process
Develop strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
Generate qualified leads through networking, community outreach, and business development
Plan and execute marketing events, educational seminars, and community programs
Manage the full sales process from inquiry through move-in using CRM tools
Conduct personalized community tours and follow-up communications
Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to support community success
Maintain accurate sales metrics, reporting, and pipeline management
Represent Opus East Memphis professionally within the local community

What We're Looking For

Minimum of two years of senior living sales and marketing leadership experience preferred
Proven success in external business development and relationship building
Demonstrated ability to achieve occupancy and sales goals
Experience generating leads through referral development and community networking
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Compassionate, driven, and customer-focused approach
