A business that's been delivering commercial roofing projects for more than 50 years is investing further into its estimating team as demand continues to grow.

You'll price a wide variety of commercial roofing work, from new construction to re-roofing and restoration projects, using modern estimating tools and working alongside experienced Project Managers and Sales professionals.

You'll be backed with the latest technology, ongoing trade training, and a technical team that values accuracy over rushed bids.

Opportunity Overview

Join a commercial roofing contractor with more than 50 years of industry experience.
Work on commercial roofing projects including new construction, replacements and restoration/coatings.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management and General Contractors throughout the bidding process.
Use industry-leading estimating software and modern technology to produce competitive, accurate bids.
Office-based role in Memphis with regular site visits to support accurate project pricing.

Your Role

Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects from plans, specifications and site visits.
Complete accurate take-offs and develop competitive bid proposals.
Build pricing using labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor quotations.
Work directly with Project Managers, Sales teams and General Contractors throughout the bid process.
Maintain historical cost data to improve future estimating accuracy.

Key Requirements

3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
Proficiency using The EDGE estimating software.
Ability to read blueprints, specifications and bid documents.
Experience estimating commercial new construction and/or re-roofing projects.
Valid driver's license.
