Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our fast-casual restaurant to new heights! In this vital role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a vibrant, efficient environment. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive the overall success of the restaurant. Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth service flow.
Lead and motivate a diverse team, providing training, development, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment.
Oversee food preparation and food handling processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control.
Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production, catering events, banquets, and special promotions.
Manage customer service excellence by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring memorable dining experiences.
Conduct staff interviews, training sessions, and ongoing development initiatives to build a skilled team aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development, and interviewing skills.
Knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory control practices, and food industry regulations.
Excellent leadership abilities coupled with exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality management.
Experience in budgeting, food management, catering operations, bar service, or banquet events is desirable.
