About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to drive sales growth and market development for residential fire sprinkler systems throughout Riverside and the greater Southern California market. This role is focused on developing new customers and partnering directly with residential builders, particularly on large tract housing projects ranging from 12 to 1,000+ single-family dwelling (SFD) homes.

This position blends business development, relationship management, and project coordination, making it ideal for a professional who understands residential construction cycles and thrives in a high-volume, builder-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new sales by developing relationships with new customers and residential builders
Partner with tract and production builders on large-scale NFPA 13D, 13R & 13 projects (12–1,000+ SFD homes)
Serve as the primary point of contact from early project pursuit through contract award
Identify, qualify, and pursue new tract developments and subdivision opportunities
Build long-term relationships with builders, developers, general contractors, and key decision-makers
Collaborate with estimating, design, and operations teams to support competitive bids and smooth project execution
Provide guidance on NFPA 13D code requirements, local amendments, and system solutions
Track project pipelines, forecasts, and sales activity using CRM tools
Attend builder meetings, jobsite visits, pre-construction meetings, and industry events

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business development, project management, or sales within fire protection systems.
Working knowledge of NFPA 13D systems and residential building processes
Experience working with tract or production builders strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally
