SALES ESTIMATOR — DBC REMODELING
Chardon, OH | Uncapped Earning Potential | $100,000+ First-Year Potential

DBC Remodeling has been a trusted name in home remodeling for over 15 years, serving customers across Northeast OH, Northwestern PA, and Southwestern NY. We specialize in remodeling outdoor living spaces (sunrooms, decks, awnings), kitchens and baths, and basement finishing and waterproofing. We have a new second location in Chardon, OH — and we're building the sales team that will grow with it!

Earning Potential Is Real

This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Successful reps in their first full year earn $100,000+. The more you sell, the more you make — and we give you every tool and resource to do exactly that!

Your territory will include Ashtabula, Lake, Geauga, and Trumbull Counties, with planned future expansion into a 15-county span in NE Ohio.

We Pay You While We Train You

From day one, you'll receive a paid training stipend for your first 8 weeks. Starting in week 3, you become eligible for commission — and you'll always take home whichever is greater: your stipend or your commissions.

What You'll Do

Conduct in-home consultations, provide estimates, and manage contract signings and customer financing approvals
Partner with Project Managers to deliver creative, achievable solutions for customers
Attend pre-construction meetings and final walkthroughs to capture upsell and referral opportunities
Maintain accurate customer appointment and sales records with a 24-hour turnaround
Hit individual monthly sales quotas using proven DBC sales processes

Have 3+ years of in-home or customer-facing sales experience
Have experience using a sales system or have the willingness to use a sales system
Are a confident closer with strong listening and follow-up skills
Are comfortable with customer relationship management software and standard computer tools
Stay calm under pressure and lead every interaction with honesty
Genuinely enjoy being part of a collaborative, tight-knit team
A strong plus is coming from a background in kitchen/bath design, cabinetry, finish carpentry, or home remodeling

Compensation & Benefits

Uncapped commission | Realistic first-year earnings: $100,000+
Paid training stipend from day one — commission eligible starting week 3
40 hours PTO annually + 10 paid holidays + 1 paid birthday day off

Requirements

3+ years of residential, in-home or customer-facing sales experience
Microsoft Office proficiency (1 year required); CRM software experience (2 years required)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to commute to appointments within northeast OH, to our Chardon show room, and monthly to our Erie, PA office
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must pass background check and drug screening

Schedule

Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturday and evening appointments.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
