What You’ll Do

Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans.
Conduct data collection and deliver ABA training methods like DTT, NET, PRT, and PBS.
Work in various environments (home, school, community, clinic).

*Training opportunities will be hybrid (remote and in-person). All direct client work will be in person in a variety of settings.*

What We’re Looking For

Position Requirements:
Minimum of a High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Must be 18 years old or older.
Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
Ability to travel 30-45 minutes from home.
6 month experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. Do you have experience with Respite care, tutoring, babysitting, etc? If so, this could be the position for you!
Willingness to work with wide variety of clients ranging in age from 0 to 64 in a variety of settings (home, clinic, school, or community)

Preferred Backgrounds:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related fields is a plus but not required.
Experience in childcare, behavioral health, education, or therapy is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

Walk, stand, stoop, and run.
Lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
