Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth throughout the assigned territory. This role is responsible for expanding market share through strategic prospecting, developing new Medical Spa and Physician partnerships, growing existing Hotel and Day Spa accounts, and executing business plans that achieve revenue objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, a passion for relationship building, and the ability to balance new business development with account management in a fast-paced, remote sales environment

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional medical skincare, medical aesthetics, or physician-dispensed skincare sales experience.
Experience calling on Med Spas, Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Medical Practices, and/or Professional Spa accounts.
Resort Hotel and Luxury Day Spa experience preferred but not required.
Demonstrated success growing an existing territory while consistently identifying, prospecting, and converting new business opportunities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, think strategically, and build a territory as if it were your own business.
Proven ability to balance account management, new business development, training, administrative responsibilities, and travel in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organization, planning, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and consistently follow through.
Excellent prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills with a passion for developing long-term client partnerships.
Proven sales success with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
Experience successfully launching new products, executing promotions, and driving retail sell-through within accounts.
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze territory performance, identify opportunities, and develop strategic action plans.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Comfortable delivering educational presentations, conducting trainings, and representing the brand at industry events and trade shows.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage pipeline, forecasting, and account activity.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% within the assigned territory.

Physical Job Requirements:

· Frequent travel, up to 70% of the time, including long-distance driving and air travel. Must tolerate extended periods of time in transit and adapt to various time zones.

· Ability to set up booths, displays, and product showcases for events, conferences, and trade shows.

· Must frequently lift, move, and transport boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

· Must remain in a stationary position (either standing or sitting) for extended periods during events, meetings, and presentations. Requires frequent walking and navigating large event spaces.

· Ability to work in various environments, including offices, hotels, conference centers, and trade shows. May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions or noisy, crowded environments.
