Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper | Office Support to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage financial records, perform accurate bookkeeping tasks, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your expertise will help maintain our financial integrity and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Duties

Must know QuickBooks Online
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online
Perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently
Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and double-entry bookkeeping entries
Generate financial reports, including budgets and financial statement writing for management review
Conduct account reconciliation tasks including bank reconciliation and account analysis to verify data integrity
Office Admin duties along with customer service and scheduling

Experience

Proven experience with bookkeeping and office administration in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles such as debits & credits, GAAP standards, and double-entry bookkeeping
Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks Online or similar platforms
Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently along with attention to detail for account reconciliation tasks
Knowledge of payroll processing, bank reconciliation procedures, and financial report writing
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
Working experience with Quickbooks Online required.
Previous experience as a bookkeeper required.
This is an in-person job at a busy and growing office, therefore reliable transportation is a must
