YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE — This is an on-site, in-person position.

Preparing accurate estimates for residential and commercial plumbing and heating projects.
Performing material takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications.
Estimating plumbing, hydronic heating, gas piping, and mechanical system installations.
Reviewing project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Soliciting and evaluating supplier and subcontractor pricing.
Identifying scope gaps, exclusions, risks, and value engineering opportunities.
Communicating with homeowners, general contractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and project managers
throughout the bidding process.
Working directly with ownership to improve our estimating systems and support the company’s long-term growth.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required: Previous plumbing estimating experience.
Hydronic heating estimating experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and construction documents.
Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
Positive attitude with a willingness to continuously improve.
