Position Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and seasoned Closing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the lending industry. Ideal candidates are adept at managing lender and broker relationships seamlessly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate and oversee the closing process for mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Collaborate effectively with lenders, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth transactions.
Review and verify all loan documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to closing.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly, maintaining excellent customer relations throughout the closing process.
Post-closing file preparation and delivery to investors.
Handling of post-closing conditions effectively and promptly.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in funding, closing and post-closing, with a background in both lender and broker relationships.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of managing closing processes efficiently and effectively.
Professional references required and will be verified.
