Responsibilities-
Assemble medical devices using hand tools, fixtures, and basic manufacturing equipment according to defined processes.

Follow written work instructions, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent and compliant production.

Perform all tasks in a clean room environment while adhering to safety rules, cleanliness standards, and company guidelines.

Inspect small components and assembled products visually, using corrective lenses if needed, to identify defects or nonconformances.

Report product quality issues, equipment concerns, and production anomalies promptly to supervisors or leads.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper handling and storage of tools, components, and materials.

Handle small parts and components with hands and fingers while maintaining accuracy and care.

Meet daily production goals by working at a fast manufacturing pace without compromising quality or safety.

Operate general production equipment and machines as trained, including basic machine operation in a clean room environment.

Support general labor and production tasks as needed, including material handling and basic equipment setup within the production area.

Follow all personal protective equipment requirements, including use of masks, hoods, and other PPE provided.
Essential Skills-

Comfort working in a clean room setting, including adherence to gowning and PPE requirements.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components.

Willingness to wear a mask and hood that cover the face and hair, leaving only the eyes exposed.

Good reliability and consistency in meeting production schedules and shift requirements.

Good teamwork skills and willingness to support colleagues in a production environment.

Work Environment
This position is based in an air-conditioned clean room manufacturing facility. The role follows a 1st shift schedule from 5:23 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Wednesday through Saturday, on a 12-hour shift pattern. You spend most of the shift on your feet performing assembly, inspection, and general production tasks in a fast-paced environment. All required personal protective equipment is provided, including masks and hoods that cover the face and hair, leaving only the eyes visible, in line with clean room standards. You work with hand tools, fixtures, basic manufacturing equipment, and small components, following structured procedures and cleanliness requirements. The facility emphasizes safety, organization, and adherence to clean room protocols while providing a stable, structured production setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
