Full Job Description

Maintenance Coordinator - Residential Property Management

We are a locally owned and growing property management company serving the Phoenix metro area. We manage hundreds of single-family homes and pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, fast communication, and doing things the right way.

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Maintenance Coordinator to join our Property Services team. If you enjoy solving problems, multitasking, and coordinating people to get things done, we'd love to meet you.

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will manage repair requests from start to finish. You'll be the primary point of contact between residents, property owners, and our network of vendors, ensuring maintenance issues are handled quickly, professionally, and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced office position where communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

Schedule

Full-Time
40 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Reports directly to the Property Services Manager

Responsibilities

Receive and manage maintenance requests between Resident, Vendor and Owner.
Communicate with residents to gather information and troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate repairs with vendors and schedule appointments.
Obtain repair estimates and submit recommendations for owner approval.
Follow up with vendors to ensure repairs are completed on time.
Keep residents and property owners informed throughout the repair process.
Review invoices for accuracy and process them for payment.
Maintain accurate notes and documentation within our property management software.
Prioritize emergency maintenance situations appropriately.
Work closely with the Property Services Manager and fellow Maintenance Coordinators to ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Professional phone and email etiquette.
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
High attention to detail and follow-through.

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in property management.
Experience coordinating maintenance or service work.
Experience working with vendors or contractors.
Knowledge of residential maintenance or construction.
