About this Position

Are you passionate about helping people and providing outstanding customer service? We’re looking for Mortgage Servicing Consultant to support homeowners by answering questions, processing payments, and connecting customers with the right solutions. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the financial services industry while building valuable customer service and communication skills. High performers may be eligible for permanent hire after the contract period and can quickly grow in their roles. This is a career opportunity for individuals looking for a role that will both challenge and empower them professionally.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer service calls related to mortgage accounts, website assistance, escrow, payoff requests, and general account questions.
Process homeowner mortgage payments and provide accurate account support.
Make outbound calls using manual and automated dialing systems to connect with homeowners regarding past-due accounts.
Connect homeowners with internal specialists to develop customized payment solutions and refer eligible customers for refinancing opportunities.
Consistently provide professional, courteous, and positive customer service while meeting performance expectations.

Skills/Requirements

Previous customer service or call center experience or a desire to work with customers
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance with the ability to work scheduled shifts, including one Saturday per month.
Must successfully meet the client’s background check requirements.

Additional Information

Contract-to-hire opportunity with conversion eligibility after 3 months or 480 hours worked.
Attendance Bonus for 3 month contract
Potential for promotion, spot bonuses, raises and commission based on performance once converted to permanent hire

Pay Range

Pay Range: $18.00/hour plus bonus eligibility starting at two weeks on assignment
