Your responsibilities will involve managing your pipeline from initial contact to sales closure, engaging prospects through strategic discussions via zoom, and demonstrating how our MCAT Prep Program aligns with their goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Efficiently manage and update prospects in the CRM
- Conduct diligent and consistent follow-ups with potential clients
- Provide expert advice on our MCAT Prep Program and the med school application process
- Collaborate with the team for seamless client experiences and program transitions
- Stay informed on the latest developments in MCAT prep and medical school admissions
Results Expected:
- Maintain a high conversion rate, reflecting quality engagements and follow-ups
- Ensure CRM is up-to-date with detailed client interactions
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and feedback
Requirements:
- Experience in high-volume sales environments (e.g., educational programs, high-ticket items)
- Familiarity with the medical school application process
- Proficient with CRM software and pipeline management
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in phone and video consultations
- Ability to work part-time remotely with strong internet connection

Salary:
- Commission. Minimum KPI/expected salary is $37,000 for 20 hr weeks, with potential earnings up to $50,000+ (uncapped commission)
