Duties

Engage with clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns, to identify their insurance needs
Present and explain various life insurance policies options with clarity and confidence
Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations
Conduct analysis of client information to recommend suitable insurance solutions that align with their financial goals
Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and maintaining accurate customer records
Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly in multiple languages or bilingual settings to serve diverse client bases
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and following up on policy renewals or claims

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions effectively
Knowledge of insurance regulation, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and compliance standards
Familiarity with life insurance products is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse populations
Experience in sales administration, benefits management, or marketing is a plus
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and service excellence
