Full Job Description

Position title: Full Time Program Therapist and Part Time Program Therapist

Department: Comprehensive Day Treatment Program

Reports to: Program Manager

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field
2 years or more of direct therapy experience
Experience and training providing family therapy
Florida Protective Services background check approval
Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills

Position summary of duties and responsibilities:

Primarily ON-SITE position Monday-Friday from 7:30-4:00. Provides individual, group, and family therapy to children and their families in a comprehensive day treatment program setting for youth ages 5-14. Completes bio-psychosocial assessments on incoming clients. Provides crisis intervention with clients and works with community providers to collaborate on needed services.

Salary Range:Licensed therapist: $55,000-$60,000 depending on experience. Non-licensed therapist (registered intern): $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience.
