Job Description:

High-End Residential Construction Company & Design Firm is seeking resourceful, attentive, energetic and professional individual to join our team.

We are currently hiring for experienced Assistant Project Managers for our residential home projects.

**Salary is commensurate with experience**

**This is a Full time Position, working from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays (every other Saturday - Required).

Responsibilities include:

Opening and closing/securing project site on a daily basis
Obtaining head counts of all trades present, work taking place and daily activities and emailing info to GC
Emailing daily headcounts and daily recaps with photos of the work performed on site at the end of everyday and tradesmen/people on site
Organizing dumpster swaps
Communicating with trades and subcontractors on work being performed, ETA of completion, and coordinating with other trades or subs
Communication of information with GC for guidance and planning of future work to be completed
Ensuring protection is provided to finish materials on site to prevent damage.
Handling paperwork: transmittals/delivery tickets/permitting documents
Keeping job site clean; removal of all trash & debris, and keeping entire site organized and maintained. Coordinating larger cleanups with team
Permit and inspection coordination; including handling all documentation/plans needed for inspections, meeting inspectors and updating GC on status and trade readiness
Permit Coordination with Governing Cities
Vendor invoice requests, reviewing and verifying.
Cleanliness and organization is imperative to keep work continuously moving forward with minimal waste and damage
Must be highly organized
Must have experience in high end residential construction
Must Have a minimum of 5 years Project Management & Field experience in Residential Construction - this is Required.
Experience with reading and understanding architectural, structural, MEP, and civil plans is required.
Experience with material take-offs for budgeting/quoting is required

-Must be on time, responsible, and eager to grow.

-Must be a team player

-Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-Must be clean cut, presentable and polished

-Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Senior PM's who meet all qualifications will be interviewed first.
-Must have a cell phone with email capabilities and be available during business hours. An iPad with cellular service will be provided for work purposes only.
-Must be capable to compose and send / receive emails in the field

-Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
