Clinical Quality Control & Data Entry Manager (CNS / Psychiatry Research)

Position Summary:
The Clinical Quality Control & Data Entry Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical trial quality control processes and data management activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of study documentation and clinical data. This role supports clinical operations by managing source review, data entry oversight, regulatory compliance in accordance with protocol requirements, GCP, ICH guidelines, sponsor expectations, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain study files and support monitoring visits.
Assist in preparation for sponsor, CRO, FDA, and internal audits/inspections.
Perform quality control (QC) review of clinical trial documentation, source records, regulatory binders/eISF, informed consents, delegation logs, laboratory documentation, investigational product records, and study-specific logs.
Verify protocol compliance, GCP adherence, ALCOA-C principles, and sponsor requirements across ongoing studies.
Identify discrepancies, protocol deviations, missing documentation, and quality trends; ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Oversee accurate and timely clinical data entry into EDC/eSource systems.
Resolve data queries and collaborate with study coordinators, CRAs, sponsors, and site personnel regarding data clarification.
Track data entry timelines, query metrics, and study data status.
Support reconciliation activities involving source data, EDC, laboratory results, adverse events, concomitant medications, and study procedures.
Collaborate cross-functionally with investigators, coordinators, regulatory staff, pharmacy, laboratory, and sponsor/CRO teams.

Qualifications:

4-5 years of direct clinical research experience in quality control, data management, monitoring, or clinical operations.
Demonstrated CNS and/or psychiatric research experience required, including exposure to psychiatric protocol assessments, reviewing psychiatric rating scales, source documentation review, safety reporting, and data quality oversight.
Prior experience identifying protocol deviations, documentation deficiencies, and data integrity issues independently.
Experience with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata, CRIO, or similar platforms), eSource, CTMS, and eISF.
Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, HIPPA, ALCOA-C, and clinical trial operations.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple protocols and deadlines in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Work Location: In person and willing to travel between our both locations in Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center.
