Full Job Description

Solutions Analyst – Supply Chain

Location: Miami, FL
Department: Global Supply Chain
Employment Type: 6-month Assignment
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (M-Th in office and Friday WFH)

Position Overview

The Solutions Analyst will support system configuration, user assistance, issue resolution, data validation, integrations, and process improvements. This individual will partner closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, Finance Systems, Analytics, and other business stakeholders to maintain system stability and ensure applications effectively support operational planning and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience supporting supply chain planning systems, and familiarity with enterprise application environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support the operation and configuration of demand and supply planning systems, including Kinaxis or similar platforms.
Ensure system functionality aligns with business planning processes and operational requirements.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot system, data, and user-related issues.
Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve application defects and technical issues.
Work with supply chain and sourcing teams to identify system enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements.
Validate system data and investigate inconsistencies affecting forecasting, supply planning, procurement, or inventory-related activities.
Support integrations and data flows between planning tools, sourcing platforms, financial systems, analytics tools, and other enterprise applications.
Provide application guidance and support to business users across multiple departments and locations.
Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, training materials, and system procedures.
Assist with user training and encourage consistent, effective use of supply chain applications.
Translate business requirements into system or configuration recommendations.
Evaluate the potential impact of system changes on planning processes and downstream applications.
Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least three years of experience supporting supply chain planning systems.
Experience with Kinaxis or a similar demand and supply planning platform.
Experience supporting enterprise supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or business applications.
Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Experience troubleshooting application issues, data inconsistencies, and integrated system problems.
Ability to work with technical teams and vendors to coordinate issue resolution.
Experience gathering business requirements and supporting system or process enhancements.
Experience providing user support, system training, and process documentation.
Familiarity with enterprise application environments and integrated business systems.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience configuring or administering Kinaxis.
Experience working within a large, complex, or global organization.
Familiarity with financial systems, analytics platforms, sourcing applications, or procurement technologies.
Experience supporting applications used by geographically dispersed operational teams.
Knowledge of application testing, data validation, system upgrades, patches, and release support.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
