SAP Fieldglass System Coordinator

Location: Miami, FL - Major Company in the Cruise Line Industry
Schedule: Hybrid — Monday through Thursday onsite, Friday work from home
Pay Rate: $30–$32/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract

Position Overview

The SAP Fieldglass System Coordinator will support the administration, maintenance, and operational stability of the SAP Fieldglass Vendor Management System. This role will provide hands-on support for system configuration, user assistance, testing coordination, issue resolution, reporting, data validation, process documentation, and knowledge transfer.

This individual will work closely with HRIS, IT, Procurement, Finance, business stakeholders, and SAP Fieldglass support resources to help maintain system accuracy, support service continuity, and ensure the platform effectively supports contingent workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administration of SAP Fieldglass, including user access, configuration updates, approval workflows, system settings, and general system setup.
Support SAP Fieldglass Contingent Labor, SOW, and Worker Tracking modules.
Ensure system functionality aligns with approved business requirements, operational processes, and established controls.
Support testing activities related to system enhancements, integrations, configuration changes, and process updates.
Triage, track, and coordinate resolution of system incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues.
Partner with HRIS, IT, Procurement, Finance, business stakeholders, vendors, and SAP Fieldglass support teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
Prepare, analyze, and execute integration data uploads, ensuring data accuracy and successful system processing.
Monitor system functionality and data quality to support operational stability, compliance, and accurate reporting.
Generate and maintain standard and ad hoc reports related to contingent labor, vendors, assignments, worker tracking, and system usage.
Partner with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and ensure data outputs are timely, accurate, and useful for business decision-making.
Perform data validation and analysis to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or process issues.
Document system processes, configuration changes, testing results, operational procedures, and lessons learned.
Maintain job aids, reference guides, training materials, and user documentation to support knowledge transfer and user adoption.
Assist with user support and guidance to encourage consistent and effective use of SAP Fieldglass.
Support process improvements and help convert lessons learned into repeatable operational procedures.
Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of three years of relevant system administration experience. Hands-on experience supporting SAP Fieldglass.
Proficiency with SAP Fieldglass Contingent Labor, SOW, and Worker Tracking modules.
Experience supporting configuration updates, approval workflows, system settings, integrations, and data flows.
Ability to support end-to-end testing, documentation, gap analysis, and change management activities.
Experience troubleshooting application issues, system defects, data inconsistencies, and integrated system problems.
Ability to coordinate issue resolution with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Experience generating, maintaining, and analyzing operational and ad hoc reports.
Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create process documentation, job aids, reference guides, and system procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously in a timely and professional manner.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to research issues and use available tools to achieve business results.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Strong practical background in SAP Fieldglass administration and contingent workforce systems.
Experience supporting SAP Fieldglass in a large, complex, or multi-department environment.
Experience supporting contingent labor, vendor management, SOW, procurement, HRIS, or workforce management processes.
Familiarity with enterprise application environments and integrated business systems.
Experience supporting system upgrades, patches, releases, data validation, integrations, and user acceptance testing.
Strong incident, service request, and user inquiry tracking skills with a focus on timely resolution.
Ability to influence without direct authority and partner effectively across HR, IT, Procurement,Finance, and business teams.
Strong time management, punctuality, reliable attendance, and professionalism

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule with Monday through Thursday onsite and Friday work from home.
Primarily office-based with extended periods working at a desk and computer.
May require occasional movement throughout office or operational facilities.
No or very little travel anticipated.
