DEDIENNE AEROSPACE has been selected as a key partner by several leading aerospace original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). With 600 employees and 39 sites across 24 countries, the Group is growing rapidly and generating $300 million in annual revenue. Its operating model is characterized by a High-Mix/Low-Volume approach in a highly regulated environment, including OEM licenses, defense programs, ITAR, and export controls.

To support and sustain this growth, Dedienne Aerospace is seeking a Finance and Administration Director to lead finance and administrative activities across the US entities, including accounting oversight, reporting, budgeting, cash management, internal controls, and coordination with Group Finance in France. The Finance and Administration Director also oversees administrative support functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and consistent processes across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and executive dashboards.
Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Manage audits, tax filings, and coordination with external accountants and auditors.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger operations.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices.
Direct administrative operations, including office management, procurement, facilities management, and vendor management.
Support HR, IT, legal, and other administrative functions as required.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Lead and develop finance and administrative staff, fostering accountability and high performance.
Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance and administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Experience managing administrative operations and leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Excel; ERP experience preferred.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
