Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team at Residence Inn in Miamisburg, Ohio. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hotel management is preferred; Marriott experience a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
