We’re partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing organization in the Milwaukee area to place a NetSuite Administrator to support and enhance their core ERP environment. The company operates multiple subsidiaries across manufacturing and commercial real estate, and is known for its strong product quality, experienced leadership, and collaborative, non-hierarchical culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that has been live on NetSuite for several years and is actively investing in its technology stack, including SuiteCommerce and CPQ implementations, with additional system expansion planned.
Position Overview
The NetSuite Administrator will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the organization’s NetSuite environment, which supports end-to-end operations across multiple business units.
This individual will serve as a hands-on administrator responsible for day-to-day system performance, while partnering closely with finance and IT leadership on ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and major initiatives. The role is highly cross-functional, supporting teams across manufacturing, finance, sales, and marketing.
Responsibilities
NetSuite Administration & Support
Serve as the primary internal support resource for NetSuite users, troubleshooting issues and maintaining system performance
Manage user roles, permissions, dashboards, and system security
Build and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards
Maintain data integrity through audits, data cleansing, and CSV imports
Manufacturing & Operational Support
Support manufacturing workflows including Work Orders, Assemblies, Bills of Materials (BOM), and inventory management
Partner with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to identify process improvements
Support multi-location operations, including an additional site in Florida
SuiteCommerce & CPQ
Assist with SuiteCommerce implementation and rollout, helping unify eCommerce systems and improve backend integration
Maintain and optimize CPQ functionality to improve product configuration, pricing accuracy, and BOM creation
Ensure seamless integration between front-end commerce platforms and NetSuite ERP
System Enhancements & Projects
Troubleshoot system degradation and recommend performance improvements
Collaborate with an external NetSuite partner on scripting, workflows, and best practices
Modify or create basic SuiteScript, with advanced development handled externally
Participate in future initiatives, including WMS evaluation and implementation and payment system enhancements
Document processes and train end-users across departments
Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience
Strong experience with saved searches, reporting, custom fields, and forms
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as inventory, work orders, BOMs, and order-to-cash
Experience with SuiteCommerce and/or CPQ is preferred
Basic understanding of SuiteScript, including the ability to read or edit existing scripts
Experience with workflows (SuiteFlow) is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a highly cross-functional, visible role
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams
