STUDIO & PRODUCT COORDINATOR
Lita Sea Glass Jewelry creates heirloom quality sea glass jewelry and specializes in custom sea glass engagement rings.
The natural curves of the sea glass inspire our designs as much as the calm, smooth waves of the ocean itself, and each setting is created around the natural shape of the sea glass. We believe in the magic and history of every piece of authentic sea glass, preserving it in heirloom-quality settings designed to withstand the test of time and be handed down through generations.
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio & Product Coordinator to join our team at 35 hours per week to support our weekly jewelry events and product launches by photographing and editing jewelry, coordinating with our remote team to prepare products for our website, assisting with event setup, and supporting the order fulfillment process by packaging orders .
The goal of this role is to ensure products move efficiently through our photography, listing, and sales pipeline, our weekly events are prepared accurately and on schedule, and our team has the information and resources needed to execute successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Have a time commitment of 35 hours each week Monday – Friday 8:30-3:30pm EST.
- Take product photography for our website, weekly livestream events, and new product drops.
- Package customer orders with care and attention to detail.
- Edit product photography using Apple Photos.
- Create detailed listing tasks for our virtual team including product names, pricing, measurements, and listing details for each event.
- Prepare jewelry for weekly livestream events by organizing displays, labeling products with pricing and product numbers, and creating product selections in our livestream software.
- Support event setup and breakdown including putting jewelry out on displays, putting inventory away after events, labeling and storing products appropriately, and maintaining organization throughout the process.
- Help manage the timeline and flow leading up to each event to ensure products are photographed, listed, and prepared on schedule.
- Maintain organization within the studio, product inventory, and photography areas.

- Any photography & photo editing experience is a plus.
- Happy to learn product photography.
Compensation and Additional Details:
- Full-time position.
- Monday - Friday schedule.
- 8:30am - 3:30pm EST.
- Starting pay $19/hour
- Employee discount available.
- 5 Paid vacation days & 5 paid sick days per year.
