Position: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Pay Range: Earn up to $80k, Based On Experience!

Compensation Breakdown:

Hourly; Based on Experience
Annual Range: $60,000 - $80,000 Depending on Experience
Bonus eligibility based on performance and company results

Location: Glastonbury, CT

Schedule:

Full-Time
Monday - Friday
Standard business hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Requirements:

Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience
Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality

Position Summary:

Delponte Plumbing & Heating is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with an earning potential of up to $80k annually, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end close activities. This role works closely with leadership and external accounting partners to provide timely, organized, and dependable financial information that supports sound business decisions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality. They thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment, possess strong QuickBooks Online knowledge, and are motivated to contribute to the growth and success of a company that values integrity, reliability, and excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly
Support month-end close activities and reporting
Assist with payroll coordination and related entries
Maintain organized financial documentation and records
Communicate with leadership and external accounting partners as needed

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
