Job Summary

Warehouse Production Auditor

Job Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for auditing and assessing warehouse production processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. You will play a vital role in identifying areas for improvement and helping to maintain high operational standards.

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Production Process Audits:

Conduct regular audits of warehouse production processes, including picking, packing, and shipping activities.

Evaluate workflow efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Identify and document deviations from established procedures and recommend corrective actions.

Quality Control:

Assess the quality of products being processed and ensure that they meet company and industry standards.

Review and verify the accuracy of order fulfillment, including checking for defects, damages, or discrepancies.

Monitor compliance with safety and handling protocols to minimize risks and ensure safe working conditions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, including actionable recommendations for process enhancements.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Process Improvement:

Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and production staff to develop and implement process improvements.

Provide training and support to staff on best practices and compliance requirements.

Assist in the development and refinement of SOPs and operational guidelines.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit activities, including findings, corrective actions, and follow-up procedures.

Maintain records related to production audits and quality control checks.

Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations during audits

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
