Full Job Description

Position Overview

Children's Therapy Corner, a pediatric rehabilitation center, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Practice Manager who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, scheduling, and administrative processes to ensure efficient workflows and an exceptional client experience. The Practice Manager monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and drives improvements in workflow, compliance, scheduling performance, and overall operational effectiveness. This position plays a key role in supporting staff development, optimizing clinic performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple clinic locations.

This position also collaborates with practice managers across multiple sites and plays a key role in daily clinic operations, data analysis, staff development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations and scheduling processes

Support the needs of families and ensure a high-quality customer experience

Manage day-to-day site operations while collaborating with managers at other locations

Monitor and act on KPIs to improve operational performance

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (including HIPAA)

Assist with marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts

Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements

Lead, train, and support team members to optimize performance

Track, analyze, and report clinic performance metrics, including:

Caseloads
Productivity
Cancellation rates
Scheduling utilization
Operational KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
(or 3–5 years of equivalent healthcare experience)

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and resolve discrepancies

Experience with healthcare scheduling, clinic operations, and performance management preferred

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance

Proficiency with:

EMR systems
Scheduling tools
Microsoft Office (data tracking and reporting)
