Full Job Description

Overview

CBD Way is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Operations & Inventory Coordinator to support daily retail operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service across our wellness stores. This role is responsible for coordinating inventory, maintaining product availability, supporting store operations, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding shopping experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about health, wellness, and retail excellence.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily retail operations across store locations, including inventory management and product replenishment
Maintain accurate inventory records for CBD oils, edibles, topicals, wellness products, pet products, and accessories
Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing and replenishment with suppliers and distributors
Assist customers with product availability, order inquiries, and general customer service needs while maintaining a professional shopping experience
Process customer orders for in-store and online purchases and coordinate order fulfillment activities
Prepare purchase orders, inventory reports, invoices, and operational documentation
Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy
Coordinate product displays, promotional materials, and merchandising activities to support sales initiatives
Monitor inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory procedures, and applicable retail regulations

Requirements

Previous experience in retail operations, inventory management, customer service, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work independently while collaborating with store teams and management
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed and work in a retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, or retail ERP platforms
Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce order management systems is a plus
Knowledge of retail merchandising, inventory control, and multi-location store operations
Interest in wellness products, hemp-derived products, nutritional supplements, or specialty retail is advantageous
Experience coordinating vendor relationships and product purchasing is preferred
