We are not a legacy, slow-moving agency. We operate a highly sophisticated, tech-forward environment utilizing advanced machine learning models, automated data dashboards, and real-time API lead generation. We have built a proprietary, automated life insurance pipeline designed to identify the best opportunities within our existing, highly loyal Property & Casualty client base.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an additional highly motivated, independent Life Insurance Producer to monetize our existing book of business. Unlike traditional life insurance roles that require endless cold calling, we are providing direct access to a warm, established client base and a cutting-edge technological infrastructure that tee up high-probability sales.

Key Objectives & Expectations

Drive life insurance sales by systematically working through the HomeSale Insurance P&C client base.
Leverage our proprietary automated life pipeline and agency management system to identify, track, and close opportunities.
Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to recommend appropriate life products.
Operate as an independent business owner, managing your own sales cycle, schedule, and pipeline progression.
Act as a consultative, trusted advisor to protect the strong relationships HomeSale Insurance already holds with its clients.
Collaborate respectfully with our internal P&C producers to foster cross-selling opportunities without disrupting their core business.

What You Bring to the Table

Active Pennsylvania and Maryland Life & Health Insurance License.
Proven track record of success in closing life insurance policies.
Ability to operate effectively as an independent 1099 contractor, requiring minimal supervision.
High level of technological proficiency to navigate our advanced agency management systems and proprietary AI pipelines.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on consultative, low-pressure selling.
Strong ethical compass and dedication to doing what is right for the client's long-term financial health.
