Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Community Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our community association, working closely with the board of directors and community members to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for community members, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in managing community finances, including budgeting, collecting dues and fees, and tracking expenses.
Oversee the maintenance of common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall quality.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of work.
Collaborate with the board of directors to ensure adherence to community policies and procedures.
Support various administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Not required but prefered 3 years of experience in community management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse group of people.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for multitasking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
