Home Care Recruiter (High-Volume Recruiting)

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Type: Full-Time

Are you a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Do you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and helping others find meaningful work?

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, STNAs, and other home care professionals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and helping build a strong workforce that positively impacts seniors and families in our community. Hours are Monday through Friday from 830a-430p. Competitive pay based upon experience!

What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting

Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding
Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
Source candidates through Indeed, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other recruiting channels
Conduct phone screens and in-person or virtual interviews
Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews and hiring events

Hiring & Onboarding

Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring process
Collect and review onboarding documentation
Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and credential verification
Ensure all employee files meet company, state, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and HR databases

Workforce Growth & Retention

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified caregivers
Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting activities
Develop relationships with schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Track recruiting metrics and hiring goals

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, staffing, or high-volume hiring
Proven success managing multiple open positions simultaneously
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Experience using Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting databases
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
Knowledge of home care, healthcare staffing, or caregiver recruitment preferred
