Location: Lutheran Home of Southbury, CT (4-Star Rated Nonprofit)
Shift: 3rd Shift (11pm-7am) with Every Other Weekend

The Lutheran Home of Southbury, a fully renovated, 120-bed nonprofit skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift RN - Free Float. If you are a compassionate leader looking to make a difference during overnight hours while supervising a supportive team, we want you!

· Maintain accurate documentation and utilization management.

What We Are Looking For:

· Valid RN License and BSN degree.

· Proven experience in nursing leadership, management, or charge nurse roles.

· Strong communication and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
