About the Role

OneTouchPoint is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising programs across a portfolio of national brands and multi-location businesses. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms while supporting franchisees, local business operators, and enterprise marketing teams.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in paid media, marketing technology, analytics, and client service. You will play a critical role in launching and scaling localized advertising campaigns, maintaining marketing automation workflows, troubleshooting platform issues, and delivering actionable performance insights.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media Campaign Management

Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Execute localized campaigns for franchise, dealer, and multi-location business models.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, targeting, creative deployment, and optimization strategies.
Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, policy violations, and performance anomalies.

Marketing Operations & Automation

Manage workflows that connect internal order management systems with advertising platforms.
Support marketing automation initiatives using campaign deployment and workflow management tools.
Maintain campaign blueprints, templates, and scalable deployment processes.
Coordinate campaign setup, approvals, staging, and activation activities.
Assist with platform integrations, tracking implementation, and process improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

Build and maintain client-facing dashboards and performance reports.
Analyze campaign performance and communicate actionable recommendations.
Monitor KPIs including impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, CPA, and engagement metrics.
Prepare monthly campaign summaries and budget reconciliation reports.
Support billing, invoicing, and advertising spend allocation processes.

Tracking & Measurement

Implement and maintain conversion tracking across digital platforms.
Support Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta tracking configurations.
Validate campaign measurement and troubleshoot tracking issues.
Ensure data accuracy across reporting platforms and dashboards.

Client & Stakeholder Support

Partner with internal sales, account management, and client teams to support digital marketing initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert for paid media best practices and platform capabilities.
Participate in client meetings and strategy discussions.
Educate clients and local business operators on campaign performance and digital advertising opportunities.
Assist in evaluating new digital marketing products, features, and services.

Platform & Compliance Management

Stay current on platform changes across Google Ads, Meta, and related marketing technologies.
Ensure campaigns comply with advertising policies, brand standards, and platform requirements.
Monitor emerging AI-driven advertising features and evaluate their impact on campaign performance.
Maintain certifications and industry knowledge to support best practices.

Qualifications

Required

3–5+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred

Experience supporting franchise, dealer, retail, or multi-location marketing programs.
Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign deployment platforms.
Experience building dashboards in Google Looker Studio.
Basic knowledge of data manipulation, APIs, JSON, or scripting.
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
Experience working in agency, marketing services, or managed services environments.
